We recently hired Oottupura Catering for a party at our home and Chef Bishnu blew us away. The food was incredible. The quality, quantity and presentation were absolutely perfect. Chef Bishnu customized everything to my exact preferences and delivered flawlessly. Highly recommended!

A wonderful experience for a large family birthday. We had a selection of lovely dishes and starters with dips which were loved by all … each one of our guest insisted on taking some food home also. Additionally the service was terrific, efficient and easy. Food and equipment (hot trays, serving spoons etc) arrived on time and were set up. And were then collected the next day at a selected time. This was not only a tasty experience with wonderful food, the service provided made it a stress free one. We will be repeat customers.

We hired Chef Bishnu to cater our son’s 3rd birthday party, and we honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience from start to finish.

What truly set Chef Bishnu apart even before the food was his kindness and flexibility. Our son fell ill just before the original booking date, and without any fuss, Chef Bishnu graciously accommodated our request to postpone. That level of understanding and professionalism meant the world to us during a stressful time.

When the big day finally arrived, the food was simply outstanding. Every single dish was cooked to perfection and bursting with flavour. The appams were soft, lacy, and absolutely divine. The pork fry had everyone going back for seconds, beautifully spiced with a gorgeous caramelised finish. The chicken roast was rich, aromatic, and fall-off-the-bone tender. And the gobi manchurian? A crowd favourite, crispy, saucy, and full of bold flavour. Even the kids loved it!

Our friends and family, spanning all age groups and tastes, were thoroughly impressed. The compliments didn’t stop all evening, and multiple guests asked us for his contact details before they left.

The best catering food I’ve had in Ireland! It didn’t feel like typical catering — the food tasted so homely and fresh, full of flavor. Bishnu made sure our order was delivered well ahead of time, which made everything completely stress-free. I would highly recommend his catering for anyone looking for a tension-free, delicious experience.

We ordered Mandi from Bishnu for my child’s birthday party, and the food was absolutely amazing. Since everyone was getting bored with the usual biryani menu, we decided to try Mandi for a change — and it turned out to be a great decision.



Our guests were pleasantly surprised and really excited about the variety. We received lots of positive feedback and special appreciation for choosing something different.



Another highlight was the service: the food arrived half an hour earlier than the scheduled time, which made the party preparations much easier. We also loved the complimentary salads that came with the order — a thoughtful and tasty addition.

I had a great experience with the food and service from Oottupura by Bishnu for my son's christening for 50 guests. Everything was well-organized and professionally handled.



The mint lime drink was refreshing, made with natural ingredients – no concentrate or added color. The tandoori chicken was tasty and had no artificial coloring, which we really appreciated. The lamb curry had tender, high-quality meat. The Malabar biryani was delicious – the chicken was juicy and the biryani was mildly spiced, perfect for all age groups.

We were pleasantly surprised by the number of complimentary dishes provided.



The chef, Bishnu, is clearly passionate about his work. His attention to detail really stood out.
